Generally, we do not anticipate sending emails more than once per week at the most.

We may occasionally run competitions and prize giveaways that do not require participants to be on our VIP Mailing list. However, at his moment in time, we will reserve most prize giveaways for our “VIP Mailing List” subscribers.

We will delete the personal data of anyone who unsubscribes; therefore, you will not receive details of our competitions or be entered into any prize draws if you unsubscribe.

1. In total, we are giving away X4 Grandstand tickets to see Ed Sheeran live in Larnaca on Saturday, September 7th, 2024.
2. X2 tickets will be given away in a draw of members of our VIP mailing list and X2 tickets will be given to a valid entrant of our separate Instagram competition.
3. 4. The value of each grandstand ticket is €180; however, no cash alternative shall be offered and the prizes are exactly as stated.
5. All winners will be selected at random and in full accordance with these details and rules.
6. You may enter one or both contests. You can also increase your chance of winning by sharing this page and/or our Instagram post with your friends, family, etc., who can enter on your behalf.
7. Entry to both competitions closes at midnight on Friday, August 30th. Entries submitted after this time will not be included in our prize draws.
8. Between the above closing date and Monday, September 2nd 2024, we will conduct an independent video-recorded draw to select both competition winners. At the same time, “backup” winners will be chosen to be used if required (see below).
9. We will attempt to contact both winners and announce their names on Instagram and our website by 10 a.m. on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 (at the latest). The announcement on Instagram will be a video (reel) produced and published by Share Cyprus.
10. Each winner must contact us by 10 pm on Monday, September 2nd, to claim their prize.
11. In the unlikely event we cannot contact the winner in either competition, prizes will be offered to back up winners in the order in which they were drawn.
12. In addition to the above, all entrants agree to appear in a short video made by Share Cyprus at the event and/or to be photographed for use on our website, social media pages and in any advertising/marketing we feel is appropriate either now or in the future.
13. The competition prizes are EXACTLY as stated and do not include transport to/from the venue, drinks, food, parking charges, etc.
14. Winners will be asked to bring official ID (passport or ID card, as appropriate) to the concert venue.
15. Share Cyprus is only responsible for ensuring the winners of both competitions receive their tickets before the event. Share Cyprus cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any cancellation and/or any other event that is outside our control and prohibits our winners from attending the Ed Sheeran Concert on Saturday, September 7th, 2024.
